Shipping policy

The shipping and delivery rules for CYBER RACING (hereinafter referred to as "our store") are as follows. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please be sure to read them carefully before placing your order.

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

・Processing Time: In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

・Shipping Methods: Japan Post EMS and Yamato TA-Q-BIN are available. Delivery times vary by destination and the method you select at checkout.

・Domestic Japan: 2–4 business days after dispatch. Okinawa and remote islands may take 1–2 days longer.

・International: Typical delivery times by zone are listed below. Customs duties and import taxes may apply at destination.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and the shipping method you select.

・Domestic Japan: ¥880 flat (tax included) (Okinawa and remote islands: ¥1,760 flat (tax included)). Free shipping on orders of ¥20,000 and above.

・International: Rates vary by zone, from ¥3,500 to ¥6,500. The exact figure is shown at checkout once your address is entered. Additionally, orders over the following amounts qualify for free shipping by region:  

- China, Korea, Taiwan: ¥25,000 and above  
- Other Asia: ¥30,000 and above  
- EU, UK, Switzerland, Canada, Oceania, Mexico, Middle East: ¥40,000 and above  
- United States: ¥40,000 and above  
- Latin America, Africa, rest of world: ¥50,000 and above

DELIVERY ZONES AND ESTIMATED TIMES

After dispatch, typical delivery windows by destination are as follows:

・Japan domestic: 2–4 business days

・China, Korea, Taiwan: 3–6 business days

・Other Asia (HK, SG, MY, TH, VN, ID, PH and similar): 4–8 business days

・EU, UK, Switzerland, Canada, Oceania: 5–10 business days

・United States: 4–9 business days

・Latin America, Africa, rest of world: 7–14 business days

These windows are estimates after the parcel leaves Japan. They do not include processing time, customs delays, or final-mile delays in the destination country.

BUSINESS CALENDAR (JAPAN)

・Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding Japanese public holidays, the year-end and new-year period (typically December 29 to January 3), Golden Week (late April to early May), and Obon (mid-August).

Orders placed on weekends or Japanese public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Around the major Japanese holiday periods listed above, both processing and dispatch may take a few business days longer than usual.

CUSTOMS CHARGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). That means:

Customs charges, import taxes, and clearance fees are not included in your order.

These charges are set by your country and must be paid by you, the customer.

Our store is not responsible for any customs fees or delays.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees:

No refund will be issued.

We are legally required to:

Declare the full value of your order on customs documents.

Include a commercial invoice with every international shipment.

We cannot mark items as gifts or lower the order value on customs forms.

Customs agents have full authority over package release and, in rare cases, may delay or deny delivery. Please check with your country's customs office for specific information before ordering.

PRE-ORDER AND DROP ITEMS

Certain items from our store are released as pre-order drops. These items are clearly marked as such on the product page.

Pre-order Disclaimer:

Pre-order items begin production after your order is placed. The estimated dispatch window is stated on the product page.

If you place an order that includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be held until all items are ready for shipment, unless otherwise stated.

Estimated dispatch dates are subject to change based on production timelines. Material changes will be communicated by email.

If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. If tracking has not updated within that window, please contact us.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping to certain countries may not be available due to local regulations or carrier restrictions. If we discover that we cannot ship to your destination after the order is placed, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full to the original payment method.

Delivery addresses must be entered in the Latin alphabet (Roman characters). Addresses written in non-Latin scripts cannot be processed.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Our store is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, follow the procedure in the Refund Policy and contact support@cyberracing.jp within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage.

If carrier tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first to file a missing-parcel inquiry.

WRONG SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address information, reshipping costs will apply. If the address cannot be corrected, we will refund the product price minus the original outbound shipping cost and any return-to-sender fee charged by the carrier.
